Full Stack Developer — AI-First Mindset

Summary

Join our E-Commerce team as a semi senior Full Stack Developer — AI-First Mindset. You will work across front-end and back-end systems to build internal and customer-facing applications, using C# /.NET for server-side development and React for user interfaces. This role emphasizes practical, responsible use of AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and automate repetitive tasks while maintaining engineering rigor.

You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver reliable, performant features and APIs, participate in code reviews, and help shape best practices for AI-assisted workflows in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications with attention to performance and responsiveness.
• Build intuitive, component-based user interfaces using React to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
• Develop server-side logic, services, and database integrations using C# /.NET.
• Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, and other developers to align on priorities and delivery goals.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and technical decisions.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering tasks and apply prompt-based workflows to improve productivity.

Requirements

• A semi senior developer comfortable owning feature work and supporting less experienced engineers.
• Strong experience with C# /.NET for building scalable and maintainable back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of React and component-based front-end development.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with NEXT.JS, Atomic Design
• Familiarity with the use of Figma and Pixel Perfect.
• Azure DevOps/GIT o CI/CD
• Good communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated outputs before implementation and apply AI-assisted development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular, especially in migration environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment practices (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Proficiency in English for bilingual communication.
• Interest in AI-assisted development, automation, and modern engineering practices.
