Strategy & Transformation Manager / Managing Consultant

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to lead complex strategy and transformation engagements, drive high-impact recommendations, and partner with senior client stakeholders. This senior role will own end-to-end program delivery, shape strategic direction for clients, and develop consulting teams while maintaining strong commercial focus and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and coordinate multiple workstreams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Manage senior client relationships and engage with C-level stakeholders to align on priorities and decisions.
• Develop clear, evidence-based strategic recommendations and craft executive-level presentations.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.
• Manage project risks, priorities, timelines, and delivery to ensure engagement success.
• Support commercial discussions, proposals, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure quality and consistency of client deliverables.
• Drive executive storytelling and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
• Proven leadership of consulting engagements and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with experience engaging C-level sponsors.
• Excellent strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness.
• Strong presentation skills and executive-level storytelling.
• Advanced English proficiency.
