Summary

We are seeking a senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support client-facing consulting engagements by combining structured problem-solving, business analysis, and strong communication skills. The role is focused on driving clarity from complex business challenges, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering client-ready presentations that influence decision-making. This is an opportunity to work directly with clients on strategic initiatives and transformation programs, translating analysis into clear insights and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured business and market analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate analysis and data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Build client-ready presentations and compelling storylines using advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Support and participate in client meetings and workshops to present findings and facilitate discussions.
• Work independently on defined project workstreams, managing priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate assumptions and refine recommendations.
• Identify potential business and commercial opportunities and help shape next steps.
• Prepare quantitative analyses and financial summaries using advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

• Senior-level consultant with client-facing consulting, strategy, or business analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to build and present client-ready materials.
• Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities to communicate recommendations clearly.
• Advanced English proficiency for client interaction and documentation.
