Sr. Dynamics 365 Engineer

Summary

We are seeking a senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to design and build full‑stack solutions that integrate Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations) with the Power Platform. This role focuses on extending Dynamics functionality through custom development, building secure Azure-based backends, and automating ALM and CI/CD workflows. The position offers the opportunity to work with Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Azure services to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and agentic AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full‑stack applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F\&O) and the broader Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD workflows supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments.
• Extend Dynamics 365 functionality with custom development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and C# as appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement agentic AI workflows using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, and Logic Apps.
• Build secure and scalable backend services using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
• Integrate and automate data and process workflows using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks when applicable.
• Create reusable components and connectors across the Power Platform ecosystem, including custom connectors and solution packaging.
• Ensure coding best practices, security standards, and application lifecycle management across development and deployment.
• Work with REST APIs, integration tools, and middleware such as Logic Apps and Service Bus to support end‑to‑end integrations.
• Participate in Agile teams, contributing to design discussions, sprint planning, and delivery activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development, including front‑end (React, Angular, TypeScript) and back‑end (.NET/C# ).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and enterprise ALM processes.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and solution packaging.
• Experience building and operating integrations via REST APIs, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
• Ability to work independently and as part of Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• Comfortable extending Dynamics with TypeScript, JavaScript, and C# custom development.
• Experience automating deployments with ADO and GitHub Actions.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure AI services and OpenAI on Azure, including prompt engineering.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.
• Previous exposure to Microsoft Fabric or other enterprise data platforms.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365
